The O-Zell Company was first established in 1911 to create a line of all-natural carbonated beverages. Elias Disney, Walt's father, was a major investor in the venture. In 2014, The O-Zell Soda Company has been relaunched with all proceeds going to restore and preserve Walt Disney's Birthplace home in Chicago, IL!

The O-Zell Soda Company maintains its headquarters in the township of Silver Lake, California, not a mile from the former location of Walt Disney's Hyperion Studios (the animation production house where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was created in 1937). 

The Walt Disney Birthplace, which The O-Zell Soda Company is tasked with helping to restore, stands at 2156 Tripp Avenue, in the Hermosa neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
